Hosting
Every year the IAMLADP annual meeting is hosted by a member organization. Currently, the rotation pattern is as follows: a UNHQ duty station ( New York, Geneva Nairobi, Vienna), followed by a UN system organization, and then a non-UN system organization.
Secretariat
The Secretary's tasks include: coordination of all IAMLADP-related issues with all parties concerned, both within DGACM and IAMLADP membership at large, timely issuance of IAMLADP documentation, organization of the annual meetings, including registration, contacts with participants, drafting the provisional agenda and work programme as well as submitting these to the ExeCom for coordination, and steering the process in order to make it productive and results-oriented. In addition, the Secretary acts as webmaster for the IAMLADP web site (http://iamladp.org), ensuring, in particular, updating of information as necessary and efficient web-registration for annual meetings.
