● Through its joint membership of IOs and universities, establishes close
contacts and regular communication to stimulate discussion, ideas and
suggestions for future mandates.
• Since 2006, the UCG has, through its parent body the WGT, proposed to IAMLADP several practical initiatives, subsequently endorsed by the Annual Meeting. Results of its activities 2006-2007 can be found under 'Questionnaires'.
Results of its 2007-2008 mandate are part of the WGT annual report to IAMLADP. Inter alia, in 2008 the UCG organised a seminar in Salamanca university for professional translators. Evaluation and feedback will be posted on this site soon.
